Invest in the Power of Knowledge We place a priority on industry education, believing that the best way to approach and solve real estate issues is through knowledge and experience. Seven of our brokers are Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), a professional designation conferred by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute since 1969 with 240 hours of graduate level curriculum leading to the designation. Approximately 6,000 commercial real estate professionals have attained the CCIM designation world wide, and with approximate two-thirds of our brokers holding this designation and the remainder having participated in the program, this underscores our commitment to education and professionalism. In addition, the average number of years in the real estate business for all of our brokers approaches 22 years. Finally, we employ a team approach to problem solving, drawing on individual expertise to give clients the advantage of collective ideas and experience.
