Market trends and data are showing that owner/users are starting to make a comeback. A common activity for companies even on the climb out of the recession is to sell their real estate holdings to raise cash and then lease back the building. However, with factors like increased bank lending and the lack of sufficient availability of large vacant spaces in high demand markets, the needle is starting to shift.
