The US Commercial Real Estate market is rebounding, but still has not hit pre-2007 levels. Additionally these positive results are not spread equally across the nation as investors and developers focus on targeted areas. Many factors have attributed to the uptick in the market including low interest rates and some property being sold at bargain prices.
