Drew Showfety, CCIM of Palmetto Commercial Properties, LLC leased 1,255 SF of retail sapce to Tenant, BAKD, LLC. This will be a new donut shoplocated in the Park West area of Mount Pleasant, opening this Fall. This will be the groups thirds location with the help of PCP.
