Christi Copenhaver of Palmetto Commercial Properties, LLC worked with Tenant to find an office space for their non-profit company, who specializes in preparing children for kindergarten. This space will be used for their office administration work. Christi proposed several opportunities, but after one site visit, Tenant decided the location and lease term were exactly what they wanted.
