Annie Duryee

Annie Duryee has been a Property Manager at Palmetto Commercial Properties since April 2015.

She oversees owner and tenant relations and management of multiple commercial properties representing over 410,00 square feet.

Her portfolio includes a regime owned historic office building, retail shops, shopping centers, warehouses, and office buildings from downtown Charleston to Mount Pleasant, North Charleston and James Island.

Annie currently resides in downtown Charleston. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, MUSC Boot Camp and spending time with family and friends. She is a crossword puzzle enthusiast and occasionally sketches and paints in watercolors.
